What is pedagogical coaching and what do I offer as a teacher coach?

Pedagogical coaching is an educational methodology that focuses on accompanying students in their learning process, helping them achieve their goals and develop their potential. As a teacher coach, my goal is to guide my students on this path, recognizing that each of them is the expert of their own learning process.

In Pedagogical and Motivational Coaching, I trust that each student has the ability to transform their difficulties into skills. I use conversational techniques similar to those in psychotherapy, but with a different focus: while psychotherapy addresses pathological issues, pedagogical coaching focuses on positive goals formulated by the students themselves.

My role as a teacher coach is to provide a supportive and motivating environment where students can explore their abilities and achieve their dreams. Through this approach, I aim to inspire and foster meaningful and lasting learning.
